Private appointments Cancellation Policy

Due to the one-on-one nature of our private sessions and the dedicated time reserved for you, appointments must be paid for and secured in advance.

1. General Cancellation Policy (More than 24 Hours Notice)

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time to cancel your reservation without incurring the full session fee.

• Rebooking Provision: If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, you will be allowed to rebook your private session into an available time slot within one week, and this rebooking can be done only once.
• Second Cancellation: If the re-booked session is subsequently cancelled for a second time (regardless of the notice given), the full session fee will be due, and no further rebooking or credit will be offered for that original payment.

2. Late Cancellation Policy (Less than 24 Hours Notice)

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fixed charge and credit conditions.

• A £15 late cancellation fee will be charged. This fee covers administrative costs, energy/heating costs, and schedule re-organization.
• The original payment, less the £15 late cancellation fee, will be held as a relative credit and automatically applied to your next booking.
• Credit Use Condition: This remaining credit must be used for a subsequent private session booked within one week of the original cancellation date. This credit will be lost if this new booking gets cancelled.

3. Last-Minute Cancellation & No-Shows

In fairness to other clients and your practitioner, strict rules apply to last-minute cancellations and failure to attend.

• Last-Minute Cancellation: Any cancellation made on the day of the appointment, close to the start time (to be determined by the practitioner), will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee.
• No-Show: Failure to attend the session without any prior notification ("No-Show") will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee.

4. No Refunds Policy

Please note: All private session bookings are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the reserved and limited nature of the practitioner's time. Session fees are non-transferable to other services or individuals.
