This practice integrates Indian Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and the Ten Sen energy system. Through targeted acupressure and Asana Chikitsa (therapeutic assisted poses), we work to restore the vital flow of Prana throughout the body.
Important Preparation
Thai massage is performed fully clothed. Please wear comfortable yoga or gym-style clothing. Avoid belts, restrictive waistbands, or bras with metal fastenings to allow for a full range of motion.

What to Expect
Traditional Royal Thai Massage is a sophisticated full-body therapy that bridges the gap between relaxation and clinical rehabilitation.

Performed on a traditional floor mat or chair over light, flexible clothing.
Session Duration
Therapeutic sessions last 1–3 hours; targeted treatments are available for 30 mins.
